Your Current Role:
You will be working for a tightly knit, high energy real estate office that is rapidly expanding across the country. This is a wide-ranging role and will require you to possess exceptional organisational skills coupled with keen attention to detail and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of Finance and Human Resources.
Duties:
Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
General Payroll and Ad-Hoc Commission Payments
Manage Annual Insurance for the Group
Review Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
Manage Company Recruitment
Assist with induction and the onboarding program for new employees
Prepare employment contracts, service agreements and letters of offer




Maintenance and management of employee records and entitlements
Monitor staff performance management & tracking probationary periods
Prepare monthly BAS, Payroll Tax and other statutory requirements
Manage superannuation payments and associated reports
Other duties as required
Skills/Experience Required:
Ideally, you will have had both Accounts and HR experience, however, ample support and on the job training will be provided to the right candidate. You will have autonomy within the role and will report directly to the Group Business Operations Manager.
Requirements:
Exceptional attention to detail
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong Xero and G-Suite Skills
