Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults with a disability across NSW. The role involves coordinating an interdisciplinary team, delivering person-centred therapy, and working in diverse community settings to enable meaningful participation.
You will need a relevant tertiary qualification with registration (YWA, AASW, AASE or AHPRA). A positive, adaptable approach and experience with youth are essential.
