Metavision Institute is seeking a visionary
Senior Academic Leader
to help establish and lead our proposed Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) program. This is a unique prospect to "lead with impact" and shape the strategic direction of a recent holistic academic offering.
Key Responsibilities for Senior Academic Lead
Program Leadership:
Oversee the curriculum and finale stages of development and manage academic teaching staff in the holistic BSW, reporting to the Dean.
Teaching Excellence:
Recruit, Lead and mentor staff, chance to teach if and when it is needed.
Accreditation Support:
Ensure alignment with TEQSA, and AASW accreditation standards.
Academic Governance:




Chair the CCAC BSW, attend Grades Review Committee, Teaching and Learning Committee and any other working parties as required.
Accreditation Submission Oversight:
Assist with the final preparation and lodgement of the BSW submission to TEQSA, followed by the subsequent submission to AASW, ensuring curriculum, benchmarking, and governance evidence meet each body's accreditation requirements.
