Your daily responsibilities will include:
Develop, maintain, and implement
planograms and visual planograms
in line with Head Office strategy
Support stock control and inventory accuracy
Conduct stock and merchandising audits across stores
Maintain and continuously improve in-store merchandising and visual standards
Execute commercial floor changes based on data analysis, store performance, and current trends
Ensure visual directives from Head Office are accurately implemented in-store
Provide feedback, insights, and recommendations to improve product presentation and brand consistency
Work closely with cross-functional Head Office teams including Buying, Marketing, and Operations
Do you possess the below skills:
Previous
merchandising experience
within the
retail
industry
Strong attention to detail




Be able to work independently but also collaboratively with cross-function teams
Ability to quickly identify problems
Have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Have a current cleandriver's license and be adaptable to work across multiple locations when necessary.

You are an experienced Merchandiser who enjoys a
Head Office setting
while also being hands on in-store. You're comfortable travelling across Sydney stores and occasionally supporting regional and interstate locations to ensure visual consistency and execution excellence.
