Equans is seeking a proactive National Service Support Coordinator to drive service excellence across our national customer portfolio in Australia.
In this role you'll coordinate service calls, maintenance schedules and technician workloads, manage customer enquiries, monitor work orders and invoicing, and support subcontractor management and compliance.
You'll also train team members and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding our safety-first culture.
