About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients with a warm and qualified manner
Managing appointments and telephone enquiries
Processing Medicare and EFTPOS payments
General administrative and reception duties
Maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting our doctors and clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care




About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a medical reception role (highly desirable)
Experience usingBest Practicesoftware (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Robust organisational and time management abilities
The ability to multitask in a busy environment
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a supportive team
Flexibility to cover a variety of shifts when required
