Welfare Recruitment Solutions is recruiting a Therapeutic Specialist for a residential OOHC program in the Lismore region. The role is part time permanent with normal business hours and occasional flexibility expected.
You will guide carers and staff, conduct assessments, and develop behaviour support and therapeutic plans to support children in care. Experience in CBT and related therapies is valued.
