We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse Scrub Scout who is passionate to join the Scrub Scout Team on a part-time basis. You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care are provided. As a Registered Nurse - Scrub Scout your responsibilities will include:
Aiming to achieve optimal patient outcomes throughout the patient journey and continuum of care by following evidence-based practice.
Demonstrating exceptional clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures and the management of patients within the theatre complex.
Implementing strategies to ensure that quality and risk management are integrated into daily activities




Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Maintaining current knowledge and skills to ensure continued professional development.
Providing education and training assistance to other staff when applicable.

Current Registration with AHPRA
18 months minimum experience as an RN – Scrub Scout
Working with Children check (if relevant)
Commitment to Quality Patient Care
Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Works well independently and within a team
Basic computer skills Apply
