Cronulla Pools is seeking a tradie or leading hand with solid construction experience to move into a Site Supervisor role.
You'll work with our senior Site Supervisors on live pool builds and learn how to run a project end-to-end while still getting hands-on on site.
Responsibilities include site setup, leading trades in office, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining safety and compliance.
A transparent path to a supervisory role will be provided through mentoring and real project responsibility.
