At Flower Power we're passionate about plants, people, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces. To keep the magic growing, we are growing our Landscape Sales team across all Sydney locations. We are looking for casual team members who want to grow with us into permanent roles.
What You'll Be Doing
This isn't your average retail gig. You'll be the friendly face guiding customers through our landscape yard, helping them choose the right materials to bring their outdoor visions to life. You'll keep the yard looking sharp, stocked, and secure, while teaming up with a crew that thrives on positivity and top-notch customer care.

Know your way around a sale and love helping people

Enjoy working outside and being part of a tight-knit crew
Are reliable, hardworking, and ready to roll up your sleeves
Bonus points if you've got a forklift licence!
