Role Description
We are seeking an experiencedSMSF Administration Supervisor / Manager.In this role, you will lead a small team, drive workflow efficiencies using BGL's automated ecosystems, and ensure absolute compliance across our fund portfolio.
This is the perfect role for a senior qualified who loves optimizing cloud accounting systems and mentoring staff.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:Mentor, train, and review the work of a small team.
BGL 360 Optimization:Oversee the BGL Simple Fund 360 platform, managing data feeds, bank rules, and smart matching to maximize automation.
Financial Reporting:Review annual financial statements, member statements, and SMSF annual returns prepared by the team.




Audit Management:Manage the end-to-end annual audit process with external auditors via BGL-integrated audit platforms.
Technical Advice:Act as the internal expert for complex SIS Act, ATO compliance, contribution, and pension queries.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:Minimum 3+ years of dedicated SMSF administration experience.
Software Expertise:Advanced hands-on experience usingBGL Straightforward Fund 360is essential.
Experience with CAS 360 is a major plus.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business.
CA/CPA qualification is highly regarded.
Compliance Knowledge:Thorough understanding of the SIS Act, SMSF regulations, and industry best practices.
Skills:Excellent communication, robust problem-solving abilities, and a passion for coaching staff.
