As aClaims Consultant, you will play a key role in handling claims effectively with the goal of earning trust and confidence in the markets that the company serves.

Full time permanent position in North Sydney/Sydney CBD
Flexible working arrangements (2 days WFH)
Salary around $75,000 - $90,000 plus super

This role will include, but not not limited to:
Manage a portfolio of Strata Property claims,



ensuring productive and accurate processing
Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims, determining coverage and liability
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth claims process
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with policyholders and stakeholders
Participate in negotiations with policyholders and relevant parties to reach fair settlements
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to company policies and guidelines
Stay updated with insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in Property or Strataclaims related role highly desirable
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
