A leading food distribution company is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Branch Manager to lead its Brisbane operations.
The branch, located in Brisbane, consists of approximately * team members across warehouse and office functions.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high service standards.
Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team of * employees across warehouse and office functions.
Customer & Stakeholder Management:



Build and maintain robust customer relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Reporting: Deliver regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, operations, or branch/warehouse management within the food, FMCG, or distribution industry
At least 2 years' leadership experience managing teams of 10+ staff
Proven track record of driving and achieving sales growth
Robust communication and interpersonal skills in English
Demonstrated ability to independently lead and manage branch operations
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management
Preferred
Business-level proficiency in an Asian language (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or others)
Experience in Asian food distribution or related industries
Experience reporting to senior executivesStrong negotiation and customer relationship management skills
Knowledge of the Brisbane foodservice or wholesale market
