Driving sales growth and overall store performance
Leading daily operations across stock, VM, rosters and wage control
Coaching, mentoring and developing your team

About you:
Experienced retail leader with Store Manager or Senior ASM background
Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills
Confident managing KPIs, operations and team performance
Passionate about team development and customer service
