JBS Beef City Plant is recruiting a passionate Talent & Community Engagement Officer to join the HR team in a full time capacity.
Reporting to the Plant HR Manager, you will provide recruitment support across three sites and engage with the local community to support ongoing involvement in education and local programs.
You will lead end-to-end recruitment, build internal and external relationships, and implement improvements to onboarding processes in a quick-paced food manufacturing setting.
