WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Cert III Carpentry completed or nearly finished
A genuine interest in quality residential work
High attention to detail - we build houses that people live in for years so we expect it done right from the start
Positive fitness level - this is hands-on, physical work across varied builds
Willingness to work within a small team, take direction, and ask questions
Reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
Own basic tools (trailer not essential straight up for this role)
Punctual, reliable, and easy to work with
THE ROLE
You'll be on the tools and learning as you go. If you're expecting to cruise on minimum effort, this won't be the position for you.
But if you're someone who shows up, pays attention, and actually wants to become a great carpenter, we'll invest in you.
