About the Role
Forsyth Real Estate is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Leasing Consultant / Business Development & Property Management Support professional to join our growing team in Rose Bay.
This is a diverse role where you'll support our Property Manager with a portfolio of approximately 130 residential properties, while also having the opportunity to build your own income through business development. For every current management you bring to the business, you'll earn lucrative commissions on top of your salary.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Property Manager with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of approximately 130 residential properties.
Conduct open homes and private inspections.
Manage leasing enquiries, rental applications and tenant selection.




Complete ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections.
Assist with tenancy administration and client communication.
Identify and secure current property management opportunities to grow the rent roll.
About You
Previous experience in residential property management or leasing.
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
A proactive attitude with an interest in business development.
Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
