We are seeking passionate, energetic, and professionalCasual Food & Beverage Attendantsto join our front-of-house team.
The Role
As a member of our F&B; team, you will be the face of Merribee, ensuring our guests receive warm, attentive, and efficient service.
Your duties will include:
Setting up event spaces, dining areas, and bars to our high visual standards.
Welcoming guests and providing exceptional food and beverage service during weddings, functions, and daytime events.
Tray-serving canapés, pouring drinks, and managing table service efficiently.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment in compliance with food safety standards.
Assisting with event pack-down and ensuring the venue is left pristine.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:Previous experience in hospitality,



events, or fine dining is highly regarded, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important.
Compliance:A current, valid New South WalesResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)competency card is required.
Availability:High availability forevening and weekend shifts, as these are our peak event times, as well as occasional daytime and weekday hours.
Skills:Solid communication skills, excellent grooming standards, and the ability to work cohesively in a fast-paced team workplace.
Transport:Reliable transport to Numbaa, as public transport options are limited during late-night finishes.
