Dental Receptionist – Specialist Orthodontic Practice
We're looking for a warm, motivated, and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team.

Once your training is complete and you'll be confident working independently, you'll have the prospect to work from home on Mondays and Fridays, while spending the rest of your week in practice, welcoming patients and collaborating with our supportive, close-knit team.

Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and families
Managing phone calls, emails and patient enquiries
Scheduling and coordinating appointments
Processing payments and patient accounts
Managing routine patient communications
Maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
Assisting with administrative tasks and helping the team wherever required
On work-from-home days,



you will manage patient enquiries, appointment coordination, follow‐up, accounts and routine administrative workflows
Candidate Qualities:
You are an experienced dental receptionist who is reliable, organised and comfortable managing competing priorities. You follow tasks through to completion, communicate clearly and are able to work increasingly independently once trained

Permanent | 5 Days Per Week
Monday (Work From Home):
9:00am – 5:00pm
Tuesday:
Alternates between:
Clinical day:
9:30am – 6:00pm
Administrative day:
9:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday:
Alternates between:
Clinical day:
9:30am – 6:00pm
Administrative day:
9:00am – 5:00pm
Thursday:
9:30am – 6:00pm
Friday (Work From Home):
9:00am – 5:00pm
Work-from-home days will commence once training and autonomy across processes has been achieved.
