Leading Hand Carpenter - Insurance Repairs
Leading Hand Carpenter position available with a young residential development and insurance repairs building and construction company.
ABOUT THE COMPANY AND POSITION
Operating within both NSW and QLD, this up and coming residential and insurance repair building construction company are looking for a self motivated individual to join their small Sydney-based team.
You will be predominantly managing teams of trades + undertaking on the tools Carpentry work for insurance repair building projects + some residential development projects. Projects will all be in the Sydney Metro region.
You'll spend 90% of your time on site, with about 10% office time,



uploading photos into insurance portals and updating administrative tasks.
ABOUT YOU
Insurance repair building exposure highly advantageous.
Exposure to strata repairs, remedial repairs, repairs and maintenance for real estate agencies and residential renovations also advantageous.
Comfortable using computers and undertaking administrative work.
Experience leading teams of trades on site.
Able to manage multiple projects and sites at once.
Looking for a long term position with a builder you can grow with.
