About the Role
Assistant in Nursing (AIN) in aged care supports residents with daily living needs and contributes to a safe, dignified, and person‐centred care environment. Working under the direction of Registered Nurses, the AIN provides hands‐on care, monitors resident wellbeing, and helps maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life for older adults.
