We are currently recruiting for Care Service Companions on a part time & casual basis.
Advantaged Care has 5 facilities that require Care Service Companions with varying shifts on offer.
Georges Hall - near Bankstown
Prestons Lodge - near Liverpool
Edensor Gardens - near Fairfield
Barden Lodge - near Sutherland
Bondi Waters - near Bondi Beach
About the role




As a Care Services Companion you will provide quality care to our residents, promote their independence and focus on creating and welcoming, calm atmosphere.
We have a range of shifts on offer including mornings, afternoons and night shifts.
What we look for:
Full working rights - No student visas/ No Sponsorship
Certificate 3 in Aged Care of equivalent.
6 months aged care experience is preferred but not essential.
A valuable understanding of the 8 new quality standards in aged care.
A strong passion for quality in aged care
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Hard Working, flexible with positive availability to cover shifts.
Robust values of Empathy, Honesty, Respect and Loyalty.
All applicants must be willing to provide a valid police check and undergo a pre-employment medical.
The successful candidate will be required to have a flu vaccination and Covid-19 vaccination in line with government direction.
