This permanent full time role is hands-on and on the tools, while also leading a catering team of 10+ staff and coordinating with Head Chefs and executives.
You will cook daily, uphold high standards of food safety, hygiene and compliance across aged care, and bring solid leadership, organisation and teamwork to our site in Northbridge NSW .
