The First Aid Department predominately undertakes the initial management of workers and guests suffering from injury and/or illness and elevate to emergency services when applicable.
This role is seeking an applicant who has a demonstrated ability to work well in high pressure situations and communicate effectively.
Duties Include:
Undertaking initial treatment of injuries and/or illnesses.
Recording details of first aid provided.




Attend keeper talks, demonstrations and shows providing customer service and crowd control when required.
Ordering supplies and equipment – checking all invoices on receipt.
Daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance of first aid rooms and first aid kits as scheduled.
Assist with guest questions regarding first aid and general customer service.
Current First Aid (HLTAID011), CPR (HLTAID009) and Advanced Resuscitation Treatment (HLTAID015)
Flexibility and availability to work weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
A demonstrated ability of good judgement and the ability to make well informed decisions under pressure.
