Avant Mutual Group is seeking an experienced WHS skilled to lead the development of a national WHS Management System.
Based in Sydney with a hybrid work arrangement, you will translate ISO : requirements into practical policies, registers and templates for a skilled services workplace.
You'll collaborate with People & Culture, Risk & Compliance and Strategy & Risk to embed a usable, risk-based system and to support governance reporting to the Board and executives.
