YWCA Australia is seeking two Directors to steer the organisation in line with its strategic direction and governance framework.
The Board comprises nine directors with a mix of elected and appointed members, including representation by young women.
Directors oversee the strategic plan, budgets, risk management and major capital decisions, and may chair or join committees as required.
