McArthur & Associates Property Consultants manage a variety of properties including residential, retail, commercial and industrial. An exciting chance has become available for a full time experienced Trust Account Manager.
Role Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will require:
Minimum of 5 years Trust Accounting experience
Proficient in Released software (or similar)
Current experience in Trust Accounting is essential
Maintaining the Property Management and Sales Trust Account
A friendly and proactive customer service approach
Confidence in problem solving
Proficient with current AML legislation
Your duties will include:
Daily receipting and reconciliation of the trust account
Management and recording of transactions associated with property sales
Mid and End of month processing
Preparation of documents for audits
Trust Account related Admin
QCAT lodgements
About You:
A team player but can also work autonomously
Highly organised and have strong time management skills
Strong attention to detail, work ethic & genuine drive to achieve
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Pride in your presentation and qualified attire
Ability to multitask & prioritise
Please note that this is a full time, office-based role. Hybrid or work-from-home arrangements are not available.
