We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Claims Manager (Australia) to join our growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and oversee insurance claims from submission to resolution.
Review claim details, assess documentation, and ensure accuracy.
Communicate with customers, insurers, and relevant stakeholders throughout the claims process.
Investigate claims and identify potential issues or discrepancies.
Provide timely updates and support to clients regarding claim status.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve claims handling processes.
REQUIREMENTS




Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.
Applicants must hold one of the following: Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, Valid Australian Work Visa with full work rights.
Applicants holding a Visitor Visa, Tourist Visa, or any visa without work rights are not eligible for this position.
Robust communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
