Maitland City Council is seeking an Asset Management Planner to support long‐term planning and sustainable management of the civil infrastructure asset portfolio.
You will work with stakeholders across the organisation to develop and review Asset Lifecycle Plans that guide future investment and ensure assets meet community needs.
On a day‐to‐day basis you will review asset data, monitor performance, undertake condition assessments and assist with annual revaluations and lifecycle planning.
