Senior level resource capable of producing and executing an OCM strategy
Robust English communication in both spoken and written skill set.
Active stakeholder engagement required both in Australia and the US.
Maximize meetings during office hours, but some meetings with stakeholders may occur outside of office hours
Identifyingpotentialrisksandobstaclestochangeanddevelopingstrategiestomitigatethem.
Collaboratingwithcross-functionalteamstoensurealignmentandeffectivecommunicationduringchangeimplementation.




Provide training and development material to support end users before and after transition
In conjunction with the technical team, deliver FAQ's, QRG's, process documentation and other required documentation to ensure successful transition to operations.
Experience with large scale multi-national IT infrastructure projects highly desired
