The roles are performed in a call centre and mail room workplace, providing timely documents and electronic requests to council standards, on an as-needed basis.
Ideal candidates will have HSC or equivalent, experience in high-volume customer service, and the ability to handle diverse cultural needs.
Casual rate is $* per hour, with weekly pay and development prospects.
