We're looking for 3 experienced Event Support Staff to assist at a Professional Development Conference on Tuesday 4 August, with 3 hours required on Tues 28th July in the afternoon.

This role will suit candidates with a background in events or conferencingwho are confident working in a quick-paced environment and can provide professional support throughout the day.

What's involved:

- Supporting conference sessions across multiple rooms
- Welcoming and assisting presenters and attendees
- Managing registration and check-in
- Ensuring sessions run smoothly and troubleshooting as required
- Assisting with Q&A; sessions
- Following the event run sheet and working closely with the event management team

What we're looking for:

- Previous events or conference experience
- Professional, proactive and confident communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Reliable,



organised and self-managed
