Your job is simple: enrol new students & turn warm, workshop‑attending families into long‑term students.

Role Overview

This is a sales role with clear revenue targets. You will speak with parents after our workshops, diagnose what their child needs, and enroll them into the right ongoing program.

Key Responsibilities

- Call / meet all assigned workshop attendees within 24–48 hours

- Run structured consultative calls with parents: clarify goals, diagnose gaps, recommend a specific class and schedule

- Present tuition, handle questions/objections, and enroll students on the call

- Follow a proven script and consistently roleplay to improve

- Maintain clean notes and follow‑ups in our CRM

- Hit and exceed monthly targets for:

- Workshop‑to‑enrollment conversion rate





- New monthly recurring revenue added

- 90‑day retention of students you enroll

- Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth handover and great first‑class experience

- Provide feedback from parents to improve workshops and offers

Ideal Candidate

- 2+ years in sales or enrollment (education, tutoring, test prep, private schools, or similar)

- Comfortable being measured on numbers and paid on performance

- Strong listener: asks smart questions, doesn’t oversell

- Clear, calm communicator with parents and high‑achieving students

- Coachable: likes scripts, feedback, and daily practice

- Organized and reliable with follow‑through on every lead

Compensation

- Base salary: $50–$60K / year (commensurate with experience)

- Commission:

- % of first 2–3 months’ tuition for each new student enrolled

- Performance bonus for hitting monthly and quarterly targets

How Success Is Measured

- % of workshop attendees you enrol into ongoing classes

- Recent monthly recurring revenue generated

- Show‑up and retention of students you enroll at 90 days

- Process adherence: script usage, CRM hygiene, follow‑up speed
