You will own safety, job delivery, team performance and equipment control, ensuring all works are secure, compliant and delivered on time.
You will manage incidents, supervise training/licensing, dispatch jobs, and maintain accurate records while driving a disciplined depot culture and after‐hours support as part of a rotating on‐call roster.
