This is an amazing prospect for a highly organised and enthusiastic person to join their Settlement Support Team - a fabulous way to apply your conveyancing experience to a new and exciting field!
Reporting to the State Operations Manager in this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for proactively handling large volumes of conveyancing client files.
Specifically this involves:
Coordinating conveyancing settlements and lodgements in PEXA/Sympli
Attending to all post-unconditional settlement tasks including adjustment calculations, transfers
Preparing, stamping and cheque directions
Proactively following up with parties, lenders and clients where required
Liaising with clients to ensure a streamlined and professional service is provided at all times.




To be successful this role you will ideally have prior experience utilising PEXA along with knowledge and experience in the conveyancing process.
You will be highly organised & motivated with a high attention to detail, excellent communications skills, competent computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high work volumes.

Salary guide is $75,000 - $80,000 + Super which may be negotiable depending on experience.
