Dorsett Gold Coast is seeking a passionate Duty Manager to join our in office team.
As senior leader on shift, you will support the Front Office and Guest Services, oversee daily operations, and uphold the hotel's service standards.
You will lead by example, coach staff, manage guest enquiries, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out while maintaining safety and compliance.
Availability for a rotating roster including weekends is required.
