About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a motivated, humble, and team-focused Group Fitness Coach to join our crew. You’ll be stepping into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where energy, integrity, and passion matter just as much as programming and performance.

Confident in leading group training sessions with energy and care
Someone who values connection, community,

Certificate III & IV in Fitness
Current CPR and First Aid
Availability to coach 10–20 hours per week (early mornings and evenings)
Work for the owners of the first-ever BFT Franchise
Be mentored by industry leaders who helped shape the BFT model
