Rise N Shine Window Cleaning is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking person to join our team. This is a long-term employment opportunity offering 4–5 flexible days per week, excellent earning potential, and the chance to work with a supportive, professional team.

You'll be provided with a fully maintained company van, with fuel, servicing and all equipment supplied, so you can focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers.

About the Role

As a Window & Exterior Cleaning Technician, you'll work across residential and commercial properties throughout Melbourne's South East and the Mornington Peninsula. Every day is different, and you'll take pride in delivering outstanding results while building outstanding relationships with our clients.

Your Responsibilities

- Window cleaning (internal and external)
- Gutter cleaning
- Solar panel cleaning
- Pressure washing and exterior cleaning services
- Assessing job sites and working safely in line with OH&S; procedures
- Providing exceptional customer service




- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and professionalism
- Representing the Rise N Shine brand with pride

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in window, gutter or exterior cleaning (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Friendly, professional communication skills
- Current Australian driver's licence (manual licence preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work safely at heights and follow workplace safety procedures

A Police Check and Working at Heights certificate are highly regarded but can be obtained after commencing employment.
