About the Role

- Manage a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings
- Deliver high-quality service to clients, agents, and contractors
- Utilise Property IQ effectively
- Provide professional strata guidance across all areas of management
- Prepare agendas, budgets,



minutes, and notices
- Convene and conduct meetings confidently
- Follow up and resolve enquiries promptly
- Interpret financial statements and support committee decision-making
- Maintain strong knowledge of strata legislation
- Provide practical, solutions-focused outcomes
- Earn approx. 40% Schedule B’s | $220 + GST per hour

What You Bring

- Previous Strata Management experience (essential)
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ethical, customer-first work practices
- Robust organisational and time management ability
- Solid understanding of strata legislation
- Confident problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with computer systems (Property IQ highly regarded)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team
