Duties & Responsibilities

Working both autonomously and collaboratively, the Sprinkler Fitter Service Manager will be supported by administrative staff and tradespersons to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Sprinkler Service Division. A key focus of the role is maintaining ARA Fire’s high standard of service for customers throughout the Airport West and greater Melbourne region .

- Manage scheduling and delivery of sprinkler service works
- Take full P&L; responsibility , including forecasting, invoicing,



and cost control
- Provide technical support to customers, service technicians, and stakeholders
- Estimate and price repair works and service projects
- Drive sales and business development for the department
- Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards and company policies
- Support tender submissions and key account requirements
- Promote ARA Fire services and products

Position Requirements

- Fire sprinkler mechanical background (preferred)
- Previous managerial, supervisory, or project management experience
- Strong leadership with a hands‑on approach
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive problem‑solving and strong attention to detail
- Customer‑focused mindset and collaborative team attitude
