What You will Be Doing:

Reporting to the Sales Manager who is based in Auckland, you'll take ownership of a WA-based territory, driving both account growth and new business development across mining and heavy industrial customers. This is a hands-on, field-based technical sales role where you'll combine relationship building with solution selling to support long-term customer success. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, technical support, projects, logistics, purchasing, and customer service, while building robust partnerships with customers, OEMs, EPCs, end users, and service workshops across the region.

Your Areas of Impact:

- Drive both account management and new business development across ~30 key accounts in WA territory
- Deliver technical solution-based sales for mechanical seals, expansion joints, and related systems
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers from site level to senior stakeholders
- Conduct site visits across WA mining regions
- Collaborate closely with internal branch support and technical specialists
- Manage long,



relationship-driven sales cycles with a consultative approach
- Monitor market activity and competitor movements to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and participate in annual sales budgets

What You Bring:

- Background in mechanical, industrial, or trade-based environments (fitter/turner, OEM, pumps, seals, bearings preferred)
- Proven experience in solution-based or consultative sales into mining industry
- Self-starter mindset with confidence to run a territory independently
- Comfortable working in a low-structure, autonomous environment with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel across WA mining regions for customer engagement and site visits
