Redstone Recruitment is partnering with a respected aged care provider to recruit an experienced Facility Manager to lead a beautiful residential aged care home located in South East Coastal Victoria.

This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional outcomes for residents, families and staff.

About You

- Previous experience as a Facility Manager or senior operational leader within aged care, health or a similarly regulated environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent commercial and financial management experience.
- Thorough understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation and quality standards.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- AHPRA registration is highly regarded but not essential.
