THE ROLE
Clinical and Operational managementof maultidisciplinary team.
Provide high-quality, recovery-oriented and trauma-informed services.
Oversee service performanceand maintain strong clinical governance
manage internal and external stakeholder relationship,
Drive service development and improvementto ensure continued exceptional outcomes for the community.




ABOUT YOU
RegisteredPsychologist, Mental Health Nurse, orSocial Worker
Senior leadership experience within community or mental health services
Experience leading multidisciplinary teamsand providing clinical leadership
Strong knowledge of recovery-oriented, trauma-informed and person-centred practice
Experience in clinical governance, quality improvement and stakeholder engagement
A passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional mental health services.
