We're looking for a sharp, organisedProject Coordinatorto join our Shopfitting team.
You'll support end‐to‐end delivery of retail, hospitality, and commercial fit‐outs across Australia, working closely with Project Managers, site teams, suppliers, and clients.
What you'll do
Help coordinate project schedules, site documentation, and procurement
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects moving
Prepare project packs, SWMS, and compliance documentation
Track budgets, variations, and delivery timelines
Assist with site logistics, deliveries, and installation planning
Maintain transparent communication with clients throughout each project
What you'll bring
Experience inshopfitting, construction,



or interiors
Solid organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
Confident communication and stakeholder management
