We are seekingan experienced, reliable, and motivatedFleet Allocator / LeadingHand to join ourtransport operations team.

This is anexcellent opportunity foran experienced forkliftoperator or truckdriver looking toprogress into atransport coordinationand leadership role.

Hours

Monday to Friday

10:00am startuntil end ofday (typically around6:00pm )

Overtime available andrequired during busyperiods

Key Responsibilities

- Allocate and coordinatefleet operations acrossMetro Victoria.
- Sort and allocatedaily driver runs.
- Organise linehaul movementsto ensure sufficienttransport capacity.
- Monitor and coordinatetruck servicing andmaintenance schedules.
- Manage CHEP andLOSCAM pallet control.
- Check driver runsheetsfor accuracy andcompletion.
- Assist with loadingand warehouse operationsasrequired.
- Support the day-to-day runningof the transportoperation as aLeading Hand.
- Minimum5 years' experience in the transportindustry, including linehaulloading.
- Sound knowledge ofload restraint requirementsand vehicle weightcapacities.
- Excellent communicationand organisationalskills.




- Reliable, punctual, andable to workwell under pressure.
- Strong problem-solvingskills with theability to prioritisetasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience usingTransvirtual transport management software.
- Truck Licence (HRorHC preferred).
- Sound knowledge of the Melbourne metropolitanroad network.
- A positive attitudewith a willingnessto learn andtake on additionalresponsibility.
