About the Role

AHP is seeking experienced Physiotherapists to join our VIC team through flexible casual opportunities.

This is ideal for clinicians looking for greater flexibility and autonomy in the way they work. You will have the ability to shape your workload around your availability and existing commitments, while being connected to a national multidisciplinary allied health organisation.

As a Physiotherapist with AHP, you will provide high‑quality clinical services that help individuals improve mobility, maintain independence and achieve better health outcomes. You will work across a range of care settings, with an initial focus on aged care and opportunities to support clients across our broader service portfolio.

Whether you’re looking to supplement your existing caseload or seeking a flexible clinical arrangement, AHP provides the opportunity to do meaningful work while maintaining control over how you work.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high‑quality physiotherapy assessments, interventions and clinical recommendations across a range of care settings, with an initial focus on aged care
- Develop personalised treatment plans that support mobility, function, independence and wellbeing




- Work collaboratively with clients, families, care teams and other healthcare professionals
- Apply evidence‑based clinical reasoning to improve outcomes and quality of life
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting
- Build trusted relationships through person‑centred care and collaborative practice
- Manage your own schedule with flexibility and autonomy

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a professional, person‑centred approach and enjoy working autonomously while remaining connected to a broader multidisciplinary team.

You will ideally have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Experience in aged care desirable, along with experience in community health, rehabilitation or other relevant clinical settings
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- A genuine desire to improve the lives of the people you support
