Roles and responsibilities will also include:

- Concept Design Residential & Community projects.
- Co-ordinate all consultants for DA
- Obtain Authority Approvals.
- CC and construction drawings
- Administer the consultant contracts
- Work independently
- Manage the company CADD standards.
- The applicant shall have over 3 years experience in this field.

To be successful in the role you will be required to have:

- Tertiary Qualification
- Strong Revit& AutoCAD experience
- Demonstrated experience in preparing drawings for residential & petrol / QSR projects
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- The desire to form part of a flexible, highly focused yet very broadly skilled team
