We are seeking a qualified and experienced Motor Mechanic / Automotive Technician to join our team on a full time basis.Position DutiesDiagnosing mechanical, electrical and vehicle system faults using diagnostic equipment and technical knowledgeCarrying out vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specificationsInspecting engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering and other vehicle systemsRepairing and replacing worn,



defective or damaged mechanical componentsPerforming road tests and final inspections to ensure repairs are completed properlyMaintaining accurate service records and repair documentationEnsuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standardLiaising with service advisors and workshop staff regarding repair requirements and vehicle progressKeeping the workshop area clean, organised and compliant with workplace health and safety requirementsRequired Skills and ExperienceRelevant trade qualification in automotive mechanical technology or equivalentAt least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience as a Motor Mechanic or Automotive TechnicianStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsExperience with vehicle servicing, mechanical repairs and fault findingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skills and solid attention to detailCurrent driver licence preferred
