Bright Futures Early Learning Centre – East Hills, is looking for an amazing Diploma qualified educator to join our fun, supportive and dynamic team.
We are a small 33 place family owned and operated early childhood service with a long standing team of educators.
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma in Children's Services
A fun, bubbly and positive personality
Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma Certificate, Anaphylaxis Certificate and Working with Children Check
A robust work ethic and high standard of professionalism
Minimum of 1 year experience working in an early childhood workplace across a number of age groups and service types
Experienced and confident in providing a developmental program for children aged between 0 and 6 years with incorporation of the EYLF, NQS and regulations.
Excellent communication skills,



including conflict resolution and proven experience as an effective team player
A love for play based and relationship focused pedagogies
The ability to create and maintain respectful and team-oriented partnerships with both the other educators and families.
A willingness to learn, critically reflect and think outside the box
An understanding of Reggio Emilia or RIE based approaches is desirable
