You'll be hands-on in the platforms daily, close to the performance data, and trusted to make decisions on where budget is best spent.What you'll doPlan, build, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and potentially Google (if experienced)Manage client budgets and pacing, and make confident calls on allocationTurn performance data into transparent, well-reasoned recommendationsShape creative strategy for paid and organic content and write ad copy that convertsKeep clients and internal teams informed with timely,
